## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT WAS ON AFTER LANDING ROLLOUT AND ADVANCED FULL THROTTLE TO EXECUTE A TOUCH-AND-GO. AS HE REACHED TO RAISE THE FLAPS, HE FELT A BUMP AND THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THE ENGINE. THE PLANE VEERED LEFT, SO HE APPLIED RIGHT RUDDER AND REDUCED THROTTLE. THE AIRPLANE IMPACTED THE GROUND TO THE LEFT OF THE RUNWAY.

AFTER EXITING THE AIRPLANE, HE AND THE AIRPORT MANAGER DISCOVERED A DEAD DEER APPROXIMATELY 220 FEET FROM THE POINT OF THE INITIAL "BUMP."

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
