## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

06/05/2015 @ APP 18:15L RCVD NOTICE OF ACFT BLOWING TIRES DURING LANDING. 19:00L ARRIVED ON SCENE TAXIWAY NR @ IAH.

FIRST INSPECTION OF ACFT REVEALED THE OUTBOARD L/H MLG TIRE WAS SHREDDED AND INBD TIRE WAS BLOWN. RIM MARKS WERE VISIBLE FROM ACFT TO RUNWAY INTERSECTION FOR THE OUTBOARD WHEEL AND A HEAVY TIRE MARK IMMEDIATELY AFTER TURN OFF WAS FOUND INDICATING THE POINT OF BLOW OUT. TIRE MARKS (HEAVY) @ OR JUST AFTER TOUCHDOWN SHOW OTBD TIRE WAS SKIPPING, INDICATING A BRAKE OR ANTI SKID PROBLEM.

CREW INDICATED THAT IT FELT LIKE A NORMAL TOUCHDOWN WITH INCREASING VIBRATION AS THEY SLOWED. BRAKES DID NOT INDICATE TEMPERATURES AS BEING OUT OF LIMITS.

A RAMP INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED AND DEBRIS FROM THE TIRES WAS FOUND IN THE L/H HORIZONTAL STABILIZER LEADING EDGE SEAMS, AND L/H FLAP CAVITY, BUT NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE WAS NOTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
