## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AG OPERATIONS. FIRST FLIGHT OF THE DAY. FULL FUEL AND AN ALMOST FULL HOPPER. WEATHER WAS CLEAR WITH LIGHT WINDS AND TEMP OF 60. PILOT STATED AIRCRAFT WAS OPERATING NORMALLY ON TAKEOFF. WHEN PILOT WENT TO ROTATE THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT LIFT OFF THE RUNWAY. AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY AND BOUNCED INTO THE AIR SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE HITTING A 10 FOOT DIRT HILL AND COMING TO REST.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB GAA15CA135](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/GAA15CA135), Jun 23, 2015: WSK PZL Mielec M 18A (N2159C), Nyssa, OR, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot's failure to maintain directional control during takeoff, resulting in a runway excursion and collision with terrain.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
