## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING LANDING ROLL OUT ON RUNWAY 6 IN NANTUCKET, MA (ACK) AIRCRAFT N686AB HAD THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSE. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ATT APPROXIMATELY THE RUNUP AREA OF 15/33. THE CREW DID NOT PROVIDE ANY ADVANCE NOTIFICATION TO THE CONTROL TOWER ADVISING THEM OF A GEAR PROBLEM.

MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE NOSE GEAR AND FOUND THE UPLOCK ACTUATOR P/N 2417016-1 TO HAVE POSSIBLY FAILED INTERNALLY. IN ADDITION, THE NOSE GEAR RETRACT HARD LINE P/N 2307003-235 HAD A HARD FAILURE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
