## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER LOSS OF CONTROL AND MULTIPLE GROUND CONTACTS ON RUNWAY 36, THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO NOSE LANDING GEAR, FIREWALL, PROPELLER, AND ENGINE. AS A RESULT, THE NOSE GEAR WAS SEPARATED FROM THE AIRCRAFT.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB GAA15CA146](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/GAA15CA146), Jun 28, 2015: Cessna 150L (N19337), Huntsville, AL, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot's failure to maintain pitch control during the landing touchdown, resulting in a porpoise, and firewall damage.

## Other reports on N19337 (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Incident 19990412019229I](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19990412019229I), Apr 12, 1999: Cessna 150M (N19337), Enid, OK, Minor damage. Supervised solo, fourth landing, aircraft bounced, student lowered nose and aircraft hit hard enough to bend nose gear and damage the propeller.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
