## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JUNE 29, 2015, A COMPANY CHECK AIRMAN WAS CONDUCTING A 14 CFR PART 135.293 AND .299 CHECK FOR AN INITIAL NEW HIRE (FIRST OFFICER). AFTER COMPLETING A VOR APPROACH WITH A CIRLCE TO LAND ON RUNWAY 22L, THE CHECK AIRMAN DECIDED TO STAY IN THE PATTERN FOR SEVERAL LANDINGS. ON THE FOURTH LANDING, THE CAPTAIN (NON FLYING PILOT) ON THE DOWNWIND LEG WAS REQUESTING FOR THEIR IFR CLEARANCE BACK TO HONOLULU. PRIOR TO LANDING THE CREW FAILED TO COMPLETE THE CHECKLIST AND VERIFY THE POSITION OF THE LANDING GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AND SKIDDED DOWN THE RUNWAY, SUSTAINING DAMAGE TO THE UNDER BELLY OF THE FUESLAGE AND GEAR DOORS.
