## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE SCENE THE HELICOPTER WAS SITTING UPRIGHT WITH A TAIL LOW ANGLE, APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET FROM SOUTH EDGE OF THE RICE FIELD. IT HAD MINOR DAMAGE TO THE TAIL SKID.

NO INJURIES DURING LANDING.

THE PILOT STATED WHILE HE WAS FLYING VERY LOW USING THE ROTOR WASH TO POLLENATE RICE WHEN THE HELICOPTER LOST LIFT. THE ENGINE WAS OPERATING NORMALLY AND HE SAID HE GOT INTO THE TURBULENCE FROM THE ROTOR WASH.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
