## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB WPR15FA206](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/WPR15FA206), Jul 2, 2015: Piper PA 22-135 (N8195C), Carey, ID, destroyed, 1 fatal. Probable cause: Undetermined because examination of the airplane wreckage did not reveal any anomalies that would have precluded normal operation.

## Other reports on N8195C (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Accident 19780728022199A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19780728022199A), Jul 28, 1978: Piper PA22 (N8195C), Milwaukee, WI, Substantial damage. Struck foot high concrete curb. Rust particles found in acceleratozzle.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
