## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT LANDED ON RUNWAY 21 AT KMSN. DURING ROLLOUT, NEAR TAXI SPEED, THE AIRCRAFT GROUND LOOPED RESULTING IN LEFT WING TIP AND ELEVATOR MAKING GROUND CONTACT. ACCORDING TO PILOT, ATC WAS NOT AWARE OF GROUND LOOP. PILOT TAXIED TO FBO. AFTER TEMPORARY REPAIRS, A REQUEST WAS SUBMITTED TO MKE FSDO FOR FERRY PERMIT ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2015. WHEN FSDO WAS REVIEWING FERRY PERMIT REQUEST THE GROUND LOOP INCIDENT WAS DISCOVERED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
