## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

- [NTSB GAA15CA204](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/GAA15CA204), Jul 29, 2015: Airbus AS350-B2 (N6095U), Tucson, AZ, substantial damage. Probable cause: The flight instructor's misperception of the helicopter's altitude in relation to the runway surface during a low altitude maneuver, resulting in ground impact.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong.
