## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT WAS CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF ON RUNWAY 06 FROM TAXIWAY JULIET AT THE KILM AIRPORT. THE PILOT STATED THAT DURING ROTATION THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT CAME UP ABRUPTLY AND THE AIRCRAFT STARTED TO DRIFT TO THE LEFT. THE PILOT SAID THAT HE APPLIED RIGHT RUDDER AND RIGHT AILERON WITH NO EFFECT. THE AIRCRAFT CROSSED THE ADJACENT TAXI WAY AND STARTED TO PORPOISE. IT LEFT THE RUNWAY AREA AND BOUNCED SEVERAL MORE TIMES ACROSS AN OPEN AREA AND CAME TO REST UP AGAINST THE AIRPORT PRIMETER FENCE.
