## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 9/11/15 FLIGHT 890 I WAS FLYING N4118G FROM NOME TO WAA. ON LANDING IN WAA I FLEW OVER OVERHEAD AND ENTERED DOWNWIND FOR RUNWAY 36. ON DOWNWIND I PUT THE GEAR DOWN AND GOT THREE GREEN LIGHTS AND THE GEAR HANDLE RETURNED TO NEUTRAL. WHEN I TOUCHED DOWN THE GEAR HORN SOUNDED. I ROLLED OUT TO ALMOST A STOP AND JUST BEFORE I TURNED THE PLANE AROUND THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
