## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT TOOK OFF FROM BERGSTROM AIRPORT AUSTIN, TEXAS. AT LIFTOFF NOSE STRUT AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY SEPERATED ITSELF FROM THE AIRCRAFT DUE TO NOSE STRUT SCISSOR LINK ATTACH BOLT MALFUNCTION (CAME LOOSE OR BROKE OFF).

PILOT DID NOT REALIZE NOSE GEAR HAD DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT UNTIL TOUCHDOWN AT TEMPLE AIRPORT TEMPLE, TEXAS WHEN AIRCRAFT PROPELLERS MADE CONTACT WITH RUNWAY CAUSING DAMAGE TO BOTH PROPELLERS AND MINOR DAMAGE TO UNDER BELLY NOSE AREA.

NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED. NO POST CRASH FIRE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
