## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PIC HAD A NORMAL PREFLIGHT AND RUN-UP. PIC BACK-TAXIED FOR TAKEOFF ON RWY 15. PILOT EXPERIENCED NORMAL ACCELERATION UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 82 KIAS. AT THAT POINT, PILOT STATED THAT THE RIGHT ENGINE MAP AND RPM FLUCTUATED. HE COULD ALSO HEAR AND FEEL THE RIGHT ENGINE FLUCTUATIONS. PIC INITIATED AN ABORT. HE PULLED BOTH THROTTLES TO IDLE AND APPLIED HEAVY, SYMMETRIC BRAKING. AIRCRAFT EXITED THE END OF THE RUNWAY AND IT CAME TO A REST 470 FEET OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY. PILOT EXITED AIRCRAFT AND ASSISTED HIS PASSENGER OUT OF THE AIRCRAFT. THERE WAS NO POST CRASH FIRE.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
