## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT TOOK OFF FROM THE NORFOLK, NE AIRPORT ENROUTE TO O'NEILL, NE AND SELECTED GEAR UP. THE GEAR INTRANSIT LIGHT STAYED ILLUMINATED. PILOT CYCLED THE GEAR BUT ONLY GOT A GREEN LIGHT ON THE NOSE AND LEFT MAIN GEAR. PILOT ATTEMPTED TO USE THE EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION CHECKLIST BUT STILL COULD NOT GET A GREEN LIGHT ON THE RIGHT MAIN. PILOT DID A LOW PASS AT THE O'NEILL AIRPORT AND THE AIRPORT MANAGER CONFIRMED THE GEAR APPEARED TO BE DOWN AND LOCKED. PILOT OPTED TO CONTINUE ON TO THE OMAHA, NE EPPLEY AIRPORT. PILOT DID ANOTHER LOW PASS AND GEAR WAS CONFIRMED BY TWO PEOPLE THAT IT APPEARED TO BE DOWN AND LOCKED. PILOT HAND PUMPED THE GEAR AGAIN AND PROCEEDED TO LAND. ON TOUCH DOWN, THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED, CAUSING PROPELLER AND MINIMAL AIRFRAME DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
