## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

11/03/2015 K2G9, N400GF A PIPER PA32R SARATOGA, LANDED ON RUNWAY 25 WITH THE LANDING GEAR RETRACTED. THE PILOT AND FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR WERE ON A TRAINING FLIGHT. THE PILOT ADVISED THAT HE HAD FORGOTTEN TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR AND THE INSTRUCTOR DID NOT OBSERVE THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN EXTENDED. WHEN THE AIRCRAFT WAS RAISED TO REMOVE IT FROM THE RUNWAY, THE GEAR HANDLE WAS MOVED TO THE DOWN POSITION, THE GEAR EXTENDED WITHOUT ASSISTANCE, AND WAS PUSHED TO THE LOCKED POSITION. NO AIRWORTHINESS ISSUES WERE NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED TO A STORAGE HANGER. THE AIRCRAFT HAD MINOR DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
