## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT LANDED BEECH B-55 BARON AT HAYWARD AIRPORT, CA, RUNWAY 28L. DURING LANDING ROLL-OUT, PILOT REACHED FOR FLAP CONTROL HANDLE TO RETRACT FLAPS. AS THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO TAXI, THE NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED AND SHORTLY AFTER, THE LEFT AND RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED AS WELL. AN INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT AFTER IT WAS CLEARED FROM THE RUNWAY FOUND THE FLAPS EXTENDED AND THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL HANDLE IN THE RETRACT POSITION.

2 POB, NO INJURIES

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
