## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JANUARY 22, 2016, AT 1150MST, N145QK, A QUEST AIRCRAFT COMPANY KODIAK 100, A SINGLE TURBINE ENGINE AIRCRAFT, REGISTERED TO WELLS FARGO BANK NORTHWEST NA, TRUSTEE, REQUESTED PRIORITY FOR AN EMERGENCY LANDING ON RUNWAY 8 AT THE ALBUQUERQUE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (KABQ). THE PILOT REPORTED THAT BOTH THE LEFT AND RIGHT FUEL WARNING LIGHTS WERE ILLUMNATED WHICH INDICTED THAT BOTH FUEL VALVES WERE TURNED ?OFF?. SHE MANUALLY CONFIRMED THAT THE FUEL SELECTOR HANDLES WERE IN THE ?ON? POSITION BUT THE WARNING LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE PILOT MADE A CLOSE LEFT-HAND PATTERN TO RUNWAY 8. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED ON THE RUNWAY ON THE AMPHIBIOUS FLOAT KEELS AND SLIDE TO A STOP NEAR THE EDGE OF THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT DID NOT EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR. THE PILOT WAS NOT INJURED. THE AMPHIBIOUS FLOATS SUSTAINED DAMAGE. THE AIRCRAFT?S AIRFRAME AND ENGINE WERE NOT DAMAGED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
