## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOORS WOULD NOT CLOSE AFTER RETRACTION. AFTER CHECKING WITH THE TOWER THAT THE DOORS HAD NOT CLOSED THE PILOT WAS ABLE TO CYCLE THE GEAR TO THE DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION. LANDED AIRCRAFT WITHOUT FURTHER ISSUES.

MAINTENANCE DETERMINED THE GEAR DOOR SOLENOID HAD SLIPPED OUT OF RIG. RE-RIGGED SOLENOID AND CYCLED GEAR MULTIPLE TIMES. GEAR RETRACTION AND DOOR MOVEMENT ALL WORK AS EXPECTED.

Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
