## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

STUDENT PILOT CONDUCTS LANDING DURING SOLO FLIGHT TRAINING. A HARD LANDING OCCURS, RESULTING IN THE COMPROMISE OF THE ENGINE AND STRUT MOUNT, AS WELL AS THE STEERING RODS. THE RESULTING FAILURES THEN PREVENT ACCURATE GROUND STEERING OF THE AIRCRAFT, AND AS A RESULT, THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTS THE RUNWAY, COMING TO REST INVERTED. THE RESULTING DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT IS SUBSTANTIAL.
