IN CRUISE @ FL 340 THE AIRCRAFT "SUDDENLY EXPERIENCED LOUD VIBRATING NOISE FROM RIGHT SIDE OF COCKPIT - FOLLOWED BY STRONG ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL."  THE FLIGHT CREW INITIATED AN EMERGENCY DESCENT AND LANDED AT ELKO, NV REGIONAL AIRPORT WITHOUT INCIDENT.
