## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 28TH, 2016 , A CESSNA 560 (N752CE) TOOK OFF FROM ADDISON AIRPORT (ADS) NEAR DALLAS, TEXAS. DURING TAKEOFF, THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED FLIGHT CONTROL TRIM ISSUES AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED AND LANDED AT ADS WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT IS REGISTERED TO BANK OF THE OZARKS, LLC IN LITTLE ROCK, AR AND OPERATED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF 14 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATION PART 91 AS A POST-MAINTENANCE TEST FLIGHT. AIRCRAFT IS MAINTAINED AT ELITE TURBINE MAINTENANCE. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
