## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE CONDUCTING A SIGHTSEEING/TOUR FLIGHT WITH TWO PASSENGERS OVER NAVARRE BEACH, FLORIDA, THE PILOT STATED AS HE STARTED HIS APPROACH TO THE NAVARRE BEACH HELIPAD, AT AROUND 40FT AGL, HE FELT THE HELICOPTER WAS NOT PRODUCING ENOUGH POWER FOR A SAFE LANDING SO THE PILOT INITIATED AN AUTOROTATION TO THE BEACH. AS THE HELICOPTER LANDED, IT BOUNCED AND THE TAIL BOOM STRUCK A SEAWALL THAT CIRCLED THE HELIPAD. PILOT AND TWO PASSENGERS EXITED AIRCRAFT WITH NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
