## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

GOJET AIRLINES FLIGHT 4252 EXPERIENCED A RIGHT WING TIP STRIKE DURING LANDING AT RALEIGH-DURHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THE RIGHT WING LEADING EDGE SLAT AND RIGHT WINGLET BOTH CONTACTED THE GROUND RESULTING IN A DAMAGED AREA OF APPOXIMATELY 6 INCHES. THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO THE GATE AND PASSENGERS DEPLANED NORMALLY.

THE RIGHT WING SLAT OUTBOARD SECTION (SLAT #3) WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED. THE RIGHT WING LOWER WINGLET SIDE PANEL WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED. THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SERVICE.

BOTH CREWMEMBERS SUBMITTED ASAP REPORTS. BOTH CREWMEMBERS WILL BE REEXAMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 44709.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
