## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JUNE 30, 2016, AT APPROXIMATELY 1410 CDT AN AIR TRACTOR 502A, REGISTRATION NUMBER N60707 OPERATED BY FERRIDAY FLYING SERVICE, CERT # SFQG0681, DEPARTED OFF THE SIDE OF RUNWAY 14 AT CONCORDIA PARRISH AIRPORT (0R4) DURING TAKE-OFF RESULTING IN MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WING TIP AND RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR.

AN AMMENDMENT TO THIS -23 WILL BE MADE UPON COMPLETION OF INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT AND MAINTENANCE RECORDS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
