REPORTS FROM 'FIRST-ON-SCENE' INDICATE THAT THE PILOT CLAIMS THE GEAR CONFIGURATION AURAL WARNING FAILED TO SOUND, RESULTING IN AN INADVERTANT  GEAR-UP LANDING. REVIEW OF THE MISHAP WITH THE PILOT WAS INCLUDED.
