## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT AN ARGUMENT STARTED BETWEEN THE PIC AND THE SIC DURING THE FINAL APPROACH LEG IN REGARDS TO A PRACTICE GPS APPROACH THAT THE AUTOPILOT DID NOT INTERCEPTED AND GLIDE PATH WAS NOT PROVIDED 3.8NM FROM FERNANDO RIBAS DOMINICCI AIRPORT (SIG), THE DISCUSSION CONTINUED UNTIL TOUCHDOWN AFFECTING THE PIC CONCENTRATION. PIC STATED THAT THE BEFORE LANDING CHECK LIST WAS NOT FOLLOWED, CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (CRM) FAILED IN THE FLIGHT DECK.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
