## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT DEPARTED BQR ON 19 JUL 2016 FOR A DAY VFR TRAINING FLIGHT WITH THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR AND THE STUDENT PILOT ON BOARD. THE STUDENT WAS PRACTICING CROSS WIND LANDINGS AT BUF ON RUNWAY 05 AFTER OTHER AIR WORK. WHILE PREPARING FOR TOUCH DOWN ON RWY 05 WITH OPTION FOR TOUCH AND GO, THE PROPELLER BEGAN TO STRIKE THE RUNWAY AND THE AIRCRAFT SETTLED DOWN ON THE AIRCRAFT BELLY AND SLID TO A STOP. NO INJURIES REPORTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
