## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JULY 20, 2016, ABOUT 1905 EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME, A PIPER PA-46-350P, N455TW, SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE WHEN IT STRUCK THE LEFT SIDE OF THE VERTICAL STABILIZER OF A PARKED NAVION, NAVION F, N514, AT LAURENCE G HANSCOM FIELD (BED), BEDFORD, MASSACHUSETTS. THE PRIVATE PILOT AND THREE PASSENGERS ONBOARD WERE NOT INJURED. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED, AND NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED FOR THE PERSONAL FLIGHT, WHICH WAS OPERATED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF TITLE 14 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS PART 91.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
