## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATED THAT PRIOR TO LANDING HE HAD 3 GREEN LIGHTS INDICATING ALL 3 LANDING GEAR WERE DOWN AND LOCKED AND HE VISUALLY CHECKED THE NOSE GEAR DOWN USING THE MIRROR INSTALLED ON THE LEFT ENGINE COWLING FOR THAT PURPOSE. HE STATED THAT ON ROLL OUT THE MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED WHILE THE NOSE LANDING GEAR REMAINED EXTENDED. THIS MADE THE AIRCRAFT DIFFICULT TO CONTROL AND KEEP ON THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST HALF ON AND HALF OFF THE RUNWAY DAMAGING ONE RUNWAY LIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED A SLIGHT PROP STRIKE ON THE #2 ENGINE. THE MAIN LANDING GEAR DOORS, TAIL AND RIGHT ELEVATOR COUNTER WEIGHT WERE DAMAGED / SCRAPED. THERE WAS EVIDENCE OF THE ELEVATORS BEING TORQUED INTO THE FUSELAGE CAUSING SCRAPE MARKS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TAIL PORTION OF THE FUSELAGE.
