## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JULY 28, 2016 AT 11:28 CDT ON APPROACH TO THE LUBBOCK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (LBB), THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO LOWER THE GEAR FOR LANDING. THE GEAR DID NOT EXTEND, NOR DID THE GEAR LIGHT ILLUMINATE AND THE GEAR PUMP DID NOT RUN. THE PILOT BEGAN TO GO THROUGH THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES AND MANUALLY LOWERED THE GEAR. THE PILOT MADE SEVERAL PASSES TO ALLOW THE TOWER TO ACCESS IF THE GEAR APPEARED TO BE DOWN. THE PILOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATIONS FROM THE TOWER AND AN AIRLINER HOLDING AT THE TAXIWAY, THAT THE GEAR APPEARED TO BE DOWN. PILOT STILL DID NOT HAVE A GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION. THE PILOT PROCEEDED TO LAND THE AIRCRAFT ON RUNWAY 8, IMMEDIATELY AFTER TOUCHDOWN THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED, FOLLOWED SHORTLY BUT THE COLLAPSE OF THE LEFT MAIN AND THE NOSE GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGED TO THE BELLY, ALSO THE PROPELLER STRUCK THE GROUND. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE TWO SOLES ONBOARD THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
