## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED THAT DURING LANDING APPROACH THE AIRCRAFT CLEARED THE THRESHOLD AT OVER 45 MPH, WHEN ABOUT 100 - 150 FEET DOWN THE RUNWAY, AT APPROXIMATELY 10-12 FEET ABOVE SURFACE, THE AIRCRAFT LOST LIFT AND DROPPED TO A HARD LANDING. THE LEFT MAIN GEAR PARTIALLY COLLAPSED AND THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE LEFT SIDE OF RUNWAY INTO A DRAINAGE DITCH BENDING THE NOSE GEAR REARWARD. THE AIRCRAFT THEN NOSED INTO THE DITCH, STRIKING THE PROPELLER AND SLOWLY FLIPPING ONTO ITS BACK CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE WINGS AND FUSELAGE.
