## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

QXEA FLIGHT 2150 EXPERIENCED RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR #3 TIRE FAILURE ON TAKE OFF. AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO PDX WITHOUT INCIDENT.

AIRCRAFT WAS INSPECTED AND FOUND IMPACT DAMAGE ON THE RH AFT INBD GEAR DOOR AND INBD MLG "Y" FAIRING.

FAIRINGS WERE REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE UNITS. BOTH #3 AND #4 TIRE/WHEEL ASSEMBLIES WERE REPLACED PER GPM. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
