AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED A BIRD STRIKE AFTER ROTATION WITH A LARGE BIRD. AFTER LANDING, MAINTENANCE ASSESSED DAMAGE AND REPLACED #1 PITOT TUBE (P/N 697070003) AND #3 BLADE ON #1 PROP (P/N 697071003).
