ON 23 AUGUST 2016 A BEECH DUCHESS, N7633B DECLARED AN EMERGENCY STATING SMOKE AND FUMES IN THE COCKPIT.  THE FLIGHT WAS A 141 INSTRUCTION FLIGHT AND AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  INSPECTION REVEALED THAT LOOSE HARDWARE AT THE CIRCUIT BREAKER BUS BAR CAUSED ARCING AND SMOKE.
