LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH MAIN GEAR PARTIALLY EXTENDED. PROP STRIKE WITH DAMAGE TO  COWLING, GEAR DOORS AND BRAKES. TRAILING EDGE OF FLAPS ERRODED BY GROUND CONTACT.
