## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT WAS PRACTICING LANDINGS. NO CHECK LIST UTILIZED PRIOR TO LANDING. PILOT WAS CLEARED FOR CLOSED RIGHT TRAFFIC; ATIS STATED WINDS 050 DEGREES AT 11 KNOTS. PILOT HAD TRAFFIC 800 FEET INBOUND BEFORE HIM AND WAS ASKED BY ATC TO EXTEND HIS DOWNWIND FOR THAT TRAFFIC. PILOT WAS CLEARED TO LAND WITH TRAFFIC BEHIND HIM ON A 5 MILE FINAL. PILOT WAS CONCENTRATING ON HIS CROSS WIND ALIGNMENT, TOUCHED DOWN, FORGETTING TO PUT HIS LANDING GEAR DOWN. THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN APPROXIMATELY 1400 FEET DOWN THE RUNWAY AND SLID SLIGHTLY RIGHT AND CAME TO REST APPROXIMATELY 3000 FEET DOWN THE RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
