THIS INCIDENT WAS REPORTED AS A NOSE GEAR COLLAPSE DURING LANDING ON RUNWAY 24. AFTER THE NOSE WHEEL COLLAPSED THE PROPELLER STRUCK THE RUNWAY. THE NOSE WHEEL, THE PROPELLER, AND THE SLIP CLUTCH WERE DAMAGED.

THE WINDS WERE REPORTED AS  VARIABLE AT 5 KNOTS AND THE RUNWAY WAS DRY.
