## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON OCTOBER 28, 2016 AT 14:52 EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME, A CESSNA P210N AIRCRAFT, N117UM, REGISTERED TO AND OPERATED BY A COMMERCIAL PILOT, RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE WHEN THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED UPON LANDING ON RUNWAY 28L AT CAPITOL REGION INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (KLAN), LANSING MICHIGAN. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. THE PERSONAL FLIGHT WAS BEING CONDUCTED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF TITLE 14 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS (CFR) PART 91 USING A IFR FLIGHT PLAN. THE PILOT AND SOLE PASSENGER WERE NOT INJURED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
