## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED ON LANDING RWY 14.

AIRCRAFT SLID APPROXIMATELY 900 FEET FROM INITIAL TOUCHDOWN TO STOPPED.

PILOT STATED THAT THERE WERE NO ANOMALIES DURING THE APPROACH AND LANDING. THE GEAR AND GREEN INDICATOR LIGHTS WERE VERIFIED SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE APPROACH. LANDING WAS NORMAL WITH WEIGHT ON ALL THREE LANDING GEARS WHEN THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.

THE PILOT ALSO STATED THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS OCCURRED ON THIS MAKE AND MODEL OF AIRCRAFT.

INSPECTION WAS LIMITED DUE TO AIRCRAFT NOT BEING ON ITS LANDING GEAR. THE MAINS COLLAPSED DURING THE RECOVERY EFFORT.

100 HOUR AND ANNUAL INSPECTION ARE CURRENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
