## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PIC PERFORMED A SUCCESSFUL LANDING ON RUNWAY 27 AND SLOWED TO TAXI SPEED. AS THE PIC FURTHER SLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO TURN AROUND ON THE RUNWAY, SHE APPLIED THE BRAKES ON THE AIRCRAFT HARD ENOUGH TO CAUSE THE AIRCRAFT TO BEGIN TO NOSE OVER. SHE STATED THAT AS SHE SAW THE AIRCRAFT START TO NOSE OVER, SHE MAY HAVE REFLEXIVELY PRESSED THE BRAKES FURTHER. THE PROPELLER IMPACTED THE RUNWAY MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE THE ENGINE STOPPED. THE PIC EXITED THE AIRCRAFT AND, WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE AIRPORT MANAGER, MOVED THE AIRCRAFT TO A TIE DOWN LOCATION ON THE RAMP. INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT REVEALED DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER, SPINNER AND LOWER ENGINE COWLING. ALL DAMAGE IS CLASSIFIED AS MINOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
