## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS MOVED FROM 1TE4 TO KHYI TO HAVE MAINTENANCE PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS CLEARED TO LAND, RUNWAY 31, FULL STOP LANDING. AFTER LANDING AND UPON TAXI THE AIRCRAFT RIGHT GEAR COLLASPED APPROXIMATELY 2100' FROM THE RUNWAY THRESHOLD. AIRCRAFT SLID TO A STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF RUNWAY 31 AND RUNWAY 26. INVESTIGATION REVEALED EXCESSIVE BUILD UP OF OLD GREASE AND DEBRIS IN THE RIGHT WHEELWELL WHICH MAY HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE GEAR NOT GOING TO THE DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION. AFTER CLEANING OF THE WHEELWELL AND REMOVING EXCESSIVE GREASE AND DEBRIS, GEAR OPERATIONAL CHECKED OK.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
