## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER DEPARTURE FROM HERMISTON, OREGON (HRI) FOR A FLIGHT TO SUN RIVER, OREGON (S21) THE SUN RIVER AIRPORT RECEIVED APPROXIMATLEY 1/4 INCH OF FRESH SNOW. SUN RIVER AIRPORT GROUND PERSONNEL HAD NOT PLOWED THE NEW SNOW BY THE TIME THE INCIDENT AIRCRAFT ARRIVED. SUN RIVER AIRPORT PERSONNEL FILED NOTAM FOR AIRPORT EDGE LIGHTING OBSCURMENT APPROXIMATLEY 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF THE INCIDENT AIRCRAFT. THE PILOT IN COMMAND LANDED BETWEEN THE PLOWED RUNWAY AND THE PLOWED TAXIWAY. ON LANDING ROLLOUT THE NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
