## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

01/13/2017 AT APPROXIMATELY 1700 LOCAL TIME AIRCRAFT WAS BEING TAXIED ON A NON-MOVEMENT AREA RAMP. DURING THE TAXI ATC ADVISED PILOT THAT ANOTHER AIRCRAFT WAS GOING TO BE COMING ONTO THE RAMP. THE RAMP AREA IS NARROW WITH HANGERS ALONG THE SIDE. WHILE MANEUVERING TO GIVE THE INBOUND AIRCRAFT ROOM TO GET BY THE LEFT WING TIP STRUCK A HANGER CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE WING TIP AND NAVIGATION LIGHT/ STROBE LIGHT. NO INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
