## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT TOOK OFF FROM GLENDIVE MT AIRPORT AND THE PILOT SELECTED GEAR UP. HE NOTICED THAT HE HAD AN UNSAFE GEAR INDICATION. HE WENT THROUGH THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES AND THE GEAR WOULD NOT GO INTO A DOWN AND LOCK POSITION. HE FLEW THE AIRCAFT TO SIDNEY MT AND HAD GROUND PERSONNEL TO OBSERVE THE LANDING GEAR POSITION AND THEY VERIFIED THAT THE 2 MAIN GEAR WERE DOWN APPEARED DOWN, BUT THE NOSE GEAR WAS TRAILING IN AN UNSAFE POSITION. HE THEN FLEW TO BILLINGS MONTANA AND DID A FLY OVER AND THE CONTROL TOWER VERIFIED THAT HE HAD AN UNSAFE LANDING GEAR. HE THEN LANDED THE AIRCRAFT ON RUNWAY 28 RIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP AND THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR AND NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. THE PILOT EXITED THE AIRCRAFT WITH NO INJURIES.
