## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

UPON RETURNING TO BASE AIRPORT AT FREMONT COUNTY AIRPORT , THE PILOT AND PASSENGER OF N16GL TUNED AND LISTENED TO THE AWOS WEATHER BRIEFING PROVIDED BY 1V6, PRIOR TO ENTERING THE PATTERN FROM THE NORTH. THE PILOT OBSERVED 2 AIRCRAFT AHEAD OF HER IN THE PATTERN, ALSO FOR RUNWAY 11 AT FREMONT. SHE RECALLS THE WINDS BEING REPORTED OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST (120@5KTS). A HIGH WING CESSNA LANDED BEFORE HER AND ROLLED OUT LONG. SHE MADE HER APPROACH AND MADE A WHEEL LANDING AND NOTICED HER SPEED WAS A LITTLE FASTER THAN USUAL, SO SHE KEPT THE TAILWHEEL OFF THE GROUND AND ROLLED OUT APPROXIMATELY 800 FEET. SHE FELT A BIT OF A GUST OF WIND, CORRECTED FOR THAT, BUT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. THE LEFT LOWER WING HIT THE RUNWAY, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF TO THE RIGHT, RAN OFF THE RUNWAY, NOSED OVER AND FLIPPED. BOTH OCCUPANTS EXITED THE AIRCRAFT WITHOUT INJURY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED.
