## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT OF N195 EXPERIENCED AN UNUSAUL SOUND WHEN HE RETRACTED THE LANDING GEAR AFTER TAKE OFF FROM QUEEN CITY AIRPORT, HE THEN PROCEEDED TO ALLENTOWN AIRPORT (KABE). HE THEN PERFORMED ALL CHECKLIST ITEMS AND COMPLETED ALL EMERGENCY LANDING GEAR PROCEDURES.HE ASKED ALLENTOWN AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TO VISUALLYCONFIRM THAT HIS LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN. ALLENTOWN AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL CONFIRMED THAT ALL 3 WHEELS WERE DOWN BUT DID NOT APPEAR TO BE LOCKED. THE PILOT LANDED ON RUNWAY 24 AND AFTER APPROXIMATELY 125 FEET DURING THE ROLL OUT ALL 3 LANDING GEARS COLLAPSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
