## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

FAILED TO VERIFY THAT THE GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED (3GREEN) AND PROCEEDED TO LAND WITH THE GEAR UP. WAS DISTRACTED BY 2 RADIO CALLS WHICH DREW

PILOTS ATTENTION OUTSIDE THE COCKPIT FOR SEE & AVOID TRAFFIC AND ALSO TO VERIFY THAT ALL GROUND PERSONNEL WERE CLEAR OF THE RWY SINCE THERE

WAS WORK IN PROGRESS WITH SNOW REMOVAL. CHECKLIST SAYS FLAPS 100 PERCENT, PICTURES OF AIRCRAFT SHOW FLAPS AT APPROACH. FLAPS IN APPROACH MODE IS THE ONLY WAY TO SILENCE THE GEAR HORN RESULTING IN A GEAR UP LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
