## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APPROACH TO JANESVILLE, WI (KJVL) RUNWAY 32, THE PILOT SELECTED GEAR DOWN AND NO INDICATION WAS NOTED. HE STATES HE DIDN'T NOTICE ANY CHANGE TO AIRCRAFT FEEL. HE REQUESTED TO CIRCLE THE AIRPORT TO RUN A CHECKLIST. HE INITIATED THE EMERGENCY EXTEND SYSTEM BY MANUALLY EXTENDING THE GEAR AND STATED THAT HE HAD A GREEN LIGHT (SAFE CONDITION). A LANDING WAS MADE ON RUNWAY 32 AND WHILE ON ROLLOUT THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED AND AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON THE RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
