## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER LANDING IN KENOSHA, PILOT PARKED, REFUELED, LOADED MEDICAL PASSENGER AND BEGAN TO TAXI FOR DEPARTURE. PILOT WAS ATTEMPTING TO EXIT THE RAMP AT THE TAXIWAY AND PROCEEDED AROUND A PARKED AIRCRAFT AND ONTO THE GRASS. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE REALIZED HE WAS OFF THE RAMP AND TRIED TO TURN BACK BUT THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DROPPED INTO A DITCH AND THE RIGHT PROPELLER STRUCK THE GROUND. RAMP WAS UNLIT (NIGHT TIME) AND PAVEMENT WAS WET. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE HAD TROUBLE DISCERNING THE RAMP FROM THE GRASS DUE TO SNOW ON THE GRASS AND MIST IN THE AIR. AIRCRAFT TAXI AND LANDING LIGHTS WERE OPERATIONAL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
